Introduction
First of all, we try to grasp the requirements for shippers very well. We collect all the basic details about their cargo, including goods type, the shelf life of products, and country of destination, among others. The motive behind collecting this information is to better understand the shipper’s needs and provide them with the most efficient solution. By evaluating the information we received, we divide the shippers into different categories based on their requirements and cargo type.
Exchange Date
Once we get the raw ideas about shippers’ requirements and needs, we move to the next stage– sign NDA (Non-disclosure agreement) with potential shippers. Upon signing this agreement, we get access to more information about the consignment, such as goods volume, warehouse availability at the destination port, customs rules & policy of respective countries, etc. Using this explicit information, our team of experts develops a proper shipping plan for every shipper’s cargo.
Tender & Compare Rates
The next step is to reach out to the competent carriers who can ably handle these cargoes and deliver them on time to the destined countries without any delay or damages. For this– we publish tenders, compare the rates offered by bidders, do reviews and background checks of bidding companies, etc. If we find that any bidder has the required infrastructure, men power, and potential to meet our needs– we proceed to sign the pact.
Contract & Commercial Terms
We share the shortlisted bidders’ details with the shippers. The shippers review the vendor proposals by comparing the bids submitted by them. Together with shippers, we analyze the records from previous deals, evaluate scalability & capacity, carrier’s resources, meeting deadlines in records, insurance policy, and financial capability, among other criteria. A thorough analysis & scrutiny of the bid proposals help us to choose the right shipping carrier. Ultimately, we sign the pact with the best carrier.
Implementation
In the final leg of the process– the implementation, we proceed to kickstart the shipping process where we decide the best shipping routes with the help of shippers and carriers, form a dedicated team of experts to look over the entire operation, and report every necessary detail to the shippers and keep them in the loop throughout the process. Above all, we ensure that cargo reaches its destination on time without any damage to the goods.
